Evgeniia is a homeschooling mama and pro-metabolic health coach dedicated to helping homeschooling moms thrive. She lives in Toronto with her husband and young son, embracing a lifestyle rooted in freedom, adventure, and slow-paced, child-led learning.

Originally from Russia, where she grew up in a competitive school and sports environment, Evgeniia sought to create a different kind of childhood for her son—one filled with joyful exploration and family connection.

Together with her husband, Evgeniia homeschools using English, Polish, and Russian, making their educational journey as enriching as it is fun.

After the birth of her son, Evgeniia shifted her focus from traditional fitness to a pro-metabolic approach to health, recognizing that true wellness encompasses more than physical movement. She now works with homeschooling moms to help them overcome burnout, restore their energy, and create sustainable habits through nourishing food, functional movement, and mindset shifts.
